A thousand shades of Tuscany
Gonet Sulcova, 0,75 l - 12.50%60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Nero
06 - 08°C.
05 - 10 years
Colour
A beautiful deep straw yellow.
Bouquet
The nose expresses a fruity pear thigh and white peach, warming suggests floral notes of elderberry and dehydrated citrus peel.
Flavour
The mouth has an initial and pleasant exuberance of perlage. The presence of the terroir of origin between Montgueux, the only commune of the Aube with a chalk vein, and the Côte des Blancs, very rich in chalk throughout its arc, is perceived by the important salivation that you do not expect from an entrance wine. Long and persistent, with a very good quality/price ratio.
Perfect with aperitifs, shellfish but also to be enjoyed as the protagonist of an entire meal.
