Yellow Muscat: It has a fairly large, cylindrical bunch, with one or two wings, rather scattered; a medium-sized, firm, deep yellow berry with a fleshy, juicy pulp with a pleasant Muscat flavour. It has a medium-sized, rounded, trilobed leaf. |

Alluvial and sandy loam soils. |
Vinification |
The grapes undergo an immediate soft pressing, after a short cold maceration the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature until a dry wine is obtained. |
Ageing |
A part of our Muscat is kept sweet, at a low temperature, at bottling time a part of the must is added to the dry Muscat wine, thus obtaining the characteristic sweet Yellow Muscat "Gaierhof". |

Finger-food aperitifs or pastries and cakes. |
