The profoundness of Pinot Noir (for 2 thirds) associated with charming and mineral Chardonnay grapes (for 1 third) make up this blend of reserve wines from 3 different years, half of which were matured in stainless steel tanks and the other half in Oak “Foudres”.

Colour

Intense gold yellow.

Bouquet

The aromas are typically mineral, revealing notes of Spring flowers, the whole in freshness with a good intensity.

Flavour

The palate is complex, revealing tension and mineral notes, giving place simultaneously to the natural and aromatic richness of the reserve wines. Fresh notes of citrus demonstrate a bright acidity leading to a lengthy finish.

Pairing

As a sole companion, for the aperitif, matched with an old Parmesan cheese or a “gougère”. In the iodic richness of a scallop carpaccio magnified by thin truffle slices. Or simply paired with lobster and other crustaceans.
