Usually the cuvée is made from a blend of 15 wines from 5 to 6 different vintages. 70% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 40% do not go thru malolactic fermentation.

Colour

Pure gold in color.

Bouquet

The nose is expressive with fruit and brioche accents, upon aeration, it expresses hints of peach and hints of citrus.

The palate is muscular, long with delightfull finesse.
