Vinification	Pressing, fermentation with maceration of the skins up to 10 days, soft pressing.
Ageing	In stainless steel and in the bottle for a few months.

Pairing	It pairs well with cheeses as well as meat and vegetable first courses. It is also ideal with rich, oily fish-based dishes.
