Complex, fresh, broad and deep. The oak spices are harmoniously integrated into the inviting fruit.

Flavour

Enveloping in a generous, almost creamy body, releasing multidimensional taste sensations. Primary fruit and positive evolution of the long oak ageing are in perfect balance, leading to a noble and elegant aftertaste.

Pairing

It pairs well with red meat dishes such as stews and braised meats. It is also excellent with furry game, mature cheeses, and even spicy ones.

Fermentation temperature < 30°C.
Vinification Fermentation on the skins lasts 18-20 days, at a controlled temperature of less than 30°C, in low and wide 150 hl steel tanks specially made to extract tannins and colour.
Ageing 4 years, 3 of which in Slavonian and Allier oak casks of 50 and 75 hl capacity, followed by bottle ageing for at least 6 months in temperature-controlled rooms.
