Climate Altitude: 240-360 m. a.s.l.
Soil composition The soil is medium grain with good levels of marl, dating from the Eocene period.
Vinification In stainless steel and vitrified cement vats at a controlled temperature using cooling jackets and immersion plates.
Ageing In oak casks for 20 to 85 Hl for about three years, followed by a bottle ageing more than 4 months
