Label: Perkeo was the court jester and cupbearer of Kurfürst Philip von der Pfalz and responsible for the wine stock. According to legend, little man from Salorno was able to finish the big barrel, which held about 200.000 litres, in one go. But once he got very sick, the doctor advised him to drink a glass of water. After the first sip of water, he has fallen dead according the legend. |
