An exceptional expression of Francacorta's terroir, the cuvée is dedicated to Annamaria Clementi, founder of Ca' del Bosco and mother of current owner Maurizio Zanella. A sparkling wine of excellence made with grapes selected from the estate's best cru, it is presented only in the best vintages. The very long bottle ageing of no less than 7 years in contact with yeasts creates a great elegant wine with a very fine bubble, a very complex bouquet and long persistence in the mouth.
