Shymer is the acronym for the names of the two grapes that make up this intense red wine: Shyraz and Merlot. The term Shymer in French evokes the mythological figure of the Chimera, a fantastic creature symbolising impossible dreams and desires. Far removed from preconceptions, the Marzotto family has set itself the goal of realising a dream now more recognised than ever. A full-bodied and harmonious wine, Shymer clearly expresses the different peculiarities of its grape varieties.
