A.R. Lenoble Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Chouilly Les Aventures Extra Brut
This cuvée comes from the plot known as Les Aventures, a half-hectare parcel that produces grapes of unique quality in the best years. A blend of several complementary vintages, 2008, 2009 and 2012, this great Champagne wine is aged under cork for more than 10 years in the cellar. Tasting reveals a subtle, rich palette of aromas. The intensity on the palate is balanced by a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth mousse.
