This Single Malt Whisky was distilled in 2008 and bottled after 10 years of maturation in ex-bourbon casks on 15 April 2019. As with all of Mossburn's whiskies the bottling was done without cold filtration or the addition of caramel.

Aside from the excellent characteristics that this grappa shares with the young one, it also boasts a long ageing period in acacia barrels.
