Description

Aromatic still white wine from Alto Adige, 14.5% ABV, 100% Gewürztraminer Aromatico. Produced by Tiefenbrunner, a historic winery since 1848. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Gewürztraminer that expresses the elegance and complexity of the grape variety, with careful vinification that enhances its aromas. Vineyards in Niclara and Cortaccia. After eight hours of maceration, fermentation and aging for ten months, 80% on the lees in concrete barrels and 20% in tonneaux. Aged for two months in concrete barrels and five months in bottle. The wine offers a wide range of aromas of rose petals, honey, and lychee. This Gewürztraminer ranges in color from bright yellow to golden. It has a full body with a persistent finish.
