Description
Pinot Grigio as it was traditionally made in the 70s in Friuli region, leaving it to macerate on the skins for a night. It not only changes the color, which becomes coppery, onion skin, but also the "juice." It undoubtedly has more character than the Pinot Grigio we are used to. More decisive and evolved aromatic notes already in the young wine: apricot, full-bodied and light tannins that makes it particularly suitable to accompany oily fish and fried food.

Later on handed over to our parents, Gino and Liviana convinced that to grow and improve we must always be open to change, which gave birth to a new production project: San Simone. An adventure that started from the historical Brisotto cellars, in Prata and later shifted to the new premises in Porcia, where the company accelerated its pace on the road to quality. This project aims to handle with care even a minimum detail, from the vineyard to the bottle.
