Description

El Aziz, from the Arabic “The Magnificent”, is the result of a late harvest of Grillo. The grapes are strictly hand‑picked in the first ten days of October, allowing the fruit to partially dry on the vine.

Perfume

The nose offers sweet, enveloping aromas with remarkable evolutionary complexity, recalling very ripe and dried white fruits such as pineapple, peach, and apricot. Notes of vanilla, honey, and sweet spices follow, creating a soft, warm, and harmonious aromatic profile.

The wine shows an intense straw‑yellow color with pronounced golden hues tending toward amber.

On the palate, it is full‑bodied and rounded, with a warm alcoholic presence and a delicate, pleasantly bitter finish.
