Description
Sauvignon blanc is a grape variety of Bordeaux origin, which has found its definitive expression in the Sancerre area. Domaine Vacheron vinifies the sauvignon grapes to obtain wines that are dry and essential, but never predictable. This Sancerre is left to mature in steel for at least six months. It is elegant and vibrant, not quaffable.
