Description
A semi-sweet organic still white wine from Alsace, 13% ABV, produced by Jean-Michel Welty. Blend: Pinot Grigio. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Pinot Grigio grown on the Bollenberg hills, a unique terroir in Europe, where the Welty family has been cultivating vines since 1738. This wine opens with finesse, with notes of candied and yellow fruit, then reveals an incredible roundness on the palate, accompanied by aromas of honey and dried fruit.

In September 2012, he was joined by his son Jérémy, who brought a breath of fresh air to the estate with new creations and a new method of cultivation: Organic Farming. Read more
