Description

Here on the favourable slopes of the Cembra Valley, at 500-600 m above sea level, the noble grape variety has found its ideal home to express unprecedented nuances. This Pinot Noir is an elegant, authentic and courageous wine: the perfect synthesis of the extreme viticulture of the valley and the heroic daily dedication of the Cembran winegrowers.

The cantina valle di Cembra pays particular attention to the whole wine-making process. 75% of the total output consists of white wines of which muller thurgau is the most famous. Among the red wines, pinot nero and schiava boast the oldest top-quality tradition.
The aim is to preserve the "taste", the work, the traditions and nature of this peculiar area of Trentino and to trasmit it to expert palates with every single bottle.
