The soil, rich in clay and limestone, enhances the wine's refreshing character and subtle salinity. A portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels, adding depth and character. Made from 100% organic Chardonnay, it is dealcoholized to 0.0% alcohol, with 0 sugar, just 1 calorie, and 0 sulfites—offering an exceptional experience.
