Catherine Ronseaux is based in Cramant. This small but charming village is nestled in the heart of the Côte de Blancs. Cramant enjoys a unique microclimate: in fact, Butte de Saran protects it from winds and very cold temperatures. The wines produced in this unique terroir are balanced with floral notes with exotic traits.
