Beschreibung
It is produced strictly following the classic Trento DOC method. The second fermentation in the bottle takes place slowly in cool underground cellars. The grapes come from the vineyards of Trentino that are particularly suited to sparkling wine production (Valle dei Laghi and the hills of Trento).
