Always made from the same grape variety, pinot noir, ‘our wines are linked to our village, which has been Burgundian and Champagne over the centuries’, explains Olivier Horiot.
The most interesting Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux-Champenois (unfiltered), vinified by lieu-dit, can be found at this committed artisan's winery: they have the lively vegetal flavour and aromatic finesse of northern Pinot Noirs, which were once widely produced in the region.
