||The vineyard is located at Bussia Soprana di Monforte, subdivision Dardi: the first vineyard to be separately vinified by Beppe Colla in 1961 and to be indicated on the label.

||Manual picking, smearing, pressing, peeling maceration for 12/15 days at maximum temperature of about 30 °, complete malolactic fermentation before winter. In spring it passes into oak barrels of Slavonia for a period of 24 to 28 months.
||Perfect match with red meats and wild game dishes, but why not, for very rich fish dishes, such as roast turkey, rather than a cheesecake based on cheeses.
