||The fermentation is preceded by the steps of stemming and crushing of the grapes made strictly with soft processing machines . During fermentation a series of checks are executed periodically as regards the temperature, the evolution of the alcoholic fermentation and volatile acidity . At the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is placed in steel tanks before being bottled and consumed.
||The Morellino Le Preselle is a great wine for the whole meal, which fits perfectly to the traditional cuisine of the Maremma, rich and flavourful, but you can also accompany appetizers (cold meats, croutons), pasta dishes with meat sauce and definitely a sublime red meat cooked in all ways: roasted, braised, grilled.
