Leaf: medium, pentagonal, trilobate or rarely whole; Slightly twisted flap; Petiole breast open to V, with parallel or slightly superimposed edges; Upper side veins open to V, sometimes narrow.
Bunch: large, pyramidal, elongated, winged with one or two wings, spatula.
Acino: medium, spheroidal; Pruinous peel, blue-black color; Flavor with a slight characteristic aroma. |

Sweet and dry red wines are produced from this variety as, showing flavors of blackberry and raspberry, rose-scented aromas and a deep-purple hue.
