Vigne Marina Coppi was born in 2003 even if it all starts in 2000 when Francesco became reconciled in Castellania for the passion of the bike and these extraordinary natural landscapes.
The meetings with the elders of the land and the love for this land will spark.
The vineyard area is a few hectares, those of a small family reality, and allows the direct cultivation of grapes focusing primarily on quality. The link with tradition resulted in the selection of varieties to give importance to the uniqueness of the wines.
Timorasso, with its history rooted in these lands since the Middle Ages, is the variety of white grape that best represents this corner of Piedmont. Barbera, the undisputed queen of the red grapes, has always been present in the Tortona. The wines are a blend of modern winemaking techniques and the care and expertise that only those who love and always knows these vineyards can give.
The production will be called "craft" and is around 25,000 bottles a year.
This allows to follow directly with extreme care and every phase of the work in the cellar, to obtain wines that express the human personality and the strength of the earth.
