Deep red with slight garnet notes.

香氣/花束

Aromas of overripe fruit and cherries in alcohol combine with notes of spices and roasting to produce a bouquet of great complexity.

味道

Excellent balance and volume in the mouth due to the alcohol content and refined tannins. Very pleasant to drink.

Location Selected vineyards in Valpolicella (Verona).
收成 Grapes harvested by hand in Plateaux, when they reach perfect phenolic ripeness.
發酵溫度 18-20 °C
發酵期 14-18 days.
釀造 After about 90 days of drying, the grapes are pressed. After cold maceration for 2-3 days, alcoholic fermentation starts at a temperature of 18-20°C for 14-18 days.
陳年 In French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months.
