	Perlage Compact, soft foam and a fine, generous and persistent perlage.
	顏色 Straw yellow with bright greenish highlights.
	香氣/花束 The bouquet is at first floral before giving way to a broad fruity aroma of crunchy green apple and Williams pears.
	味道 The flavour is dry, fresh, delicate, agile, spirited and balanced, with a long finish.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif and throughout the meal. This wine goes particularly well with fish-based dishes, delicate vegetable dishes and white meats. Simply wonderful with tempura.
