	Perlage Lively and fine.
	顏色 Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香氣/花束 The nose is fragrant and fruity, with notes of yellow apple and white peach, delicately floral with slight nuances of acacia flowers and hints of citrus.
	味道 On the palate, it offers good structure and a definite savouriness which, merging with the acid structure, makes it pleasant and fresh. Aromatic tones enliven its long finish.

Pairing

釀造	In white, i.e. without the skins at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The second fermentation occurs in the spring following the harvest in large closed containers at 14-15°C.
