	Perlage Very fine and persistent perlage.
	顏色 Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香氣/花束 Very characteristic and elegant with clear fruity notes of apple and white flesh fruit.
	味道 On the palate it is creamy, with a pleasantly acidulous and fruity aftertaste that recalls the same scents perceived on the nose. Delicate mineral note on the finish and good persistence.
