Costamiòle is produced from the vineyards in the Agliano Terme area, a place where Barbera best expresses itself thanks to a favourable southern exposure, ideal for this grape variety. This wine can maintain the grape’s extraordinary freshness and aromatic qualities in small oak barrels.

Location	Costamiòle Vineyard in Agliano Terme (Asti).
土地的組成	Very light-coloured clay rich in calcareous marls.
發酵溫度	No higher than 30 °C (86 °F).
釀造	Once in the wine factory, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Two pump-overs are performed daily at a temperature no higher than 30°C to ensure optimal extraction during maceration.
陳年	12 months in new French oak barrels. Costamiòle is aged a further year in the bottle before marketing.

Alfredo Prunotto一個著名的葡萄酒製造商誰工作了的時候最負盛名的釀酒廠，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿爾朗格”（朗格地區合作的葡萄酒）成立於阿爾巴於1904年的，之後第一第一次世界大戰，跌倒了困難時期。由於阿爾弗雷多和他的妻子的極大熱情，在Prunotto酒廠很快名聲大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto從企業退休，本公司所售酒機和朋友的Beppe科拉誰，連同卡羅Filiberti後來又與弟弟蒂諾科拉，在管理與阿爾弗雷多的同樣的愛酒...
