Dallalto is an excellent example of traditional Barolo aged in large casks. The Nebbiolo grapes used for this Barolo come from some of the most suitable areas around Alba, particularly from the towns of Serralunga and Verduno. They are carefully selected and vinified to produce wine of excellent quality and personality. It is a Barolo wine traditionally vinified Barolo in large barrels, with capacities ranging from 20 to 100 hl. Therefore, the wood gives the wine structure and elegant, velvety tannins.
