氣候 Altitude: 350 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South.
土地的組成 Limestone and clay with alternating layers of sand of the Tortonian era.
釀造 The grapes are selected during harvesting, destemmed, and then pressed. Maceration lasts about 15 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Malolactic fermentation terminates before the end of the winter.
陳年 The wine is then partially aged in 50 hl French oak casks and partly in second-passage barriques for 24 months. This wine further undergoes bottle ageing for 12 months before marketing.

Alfredo Prunotto一個著名的葡萄酒製造商誰工作了的時候最負盛名的釀酒廠，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿爾朗格”（朗格地區合作的葡萄酒）成立於阿爾巴於1904年的，之後第一第一次世界大戰，跌倒了困難時期。由於阿爾弗雷多和他的妻子的極大熱情，在Prunotto酒廠很快名聲大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto從企業退休，本公司所售酒機和朋友的Beppe科拉誰，連同卡羅Filiberti後來又與弟弟蒂諾科拉，在管理與阿爾弗雷多的同樣的愛酒...
