土地的组成	The sedimentary soils are of marine origin; calcareous with alternating layers of marl and sand.
收成	By hand, with crates.
酿造	After manual harvesting in boxes and pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine rests and clarifies on the lees (separately) until the following spring when the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are blended and drawn.
陈年	After a minimum of 30 months of bottle ageing at a temperature of 15°C, the wine is tipped, followed by dégorgement and dosage. Several months of further bottle ageing.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
