La Scolca Soldati Metodo Classico Pas Dosè

Pas Dosé produced from Cortese grapes, vinified and sparkling in purity, without any addition of liquer d’expédition. Sparkling wine according to the “Traditional Method”, thanks to a slow fermentation on the lees for more than 24 months in bottle has delicate hints of yeast and bread crust , which fade in honey and spices.

	Perlage Thick, rich and abundant; tiny, long-lasting bubbles.
	颜色 Light, lively and bright.
	香气/花束 Intense, and lasting; complex and sincere in its purity, light note of toasted hazelnut, well harmonized mineral and floral scents.
	味道 Full, clean, very well balanced, with balancing acidity and an attractive flavour of almond.

Its aromas and frank flavour make it suitable for any meal, fine and high-class foods such as raw seafood.
