“Sabbie di Sutta” Cerasuolo di Vittoria has a lively cherry-red colour and an intense aroma of red fruit and floral notes. Its smooth, full-bodied and harmonious taste pairs very well with many traditional Sicilian recipes and the typical flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. This red wine is a blend of Nero d’Avola and Frappato grapes grown on sandy soils in the Vittoria area, a corner of Sicily reminiscent of Africa, situated just a few miles from the southernmost tip of the Italian peninsula.

酿造 Grapes are cold-macerated for 24 hours. The fermentation lasts for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24°C.
陈年 Mainly in stainless steel vats with a short ageing in tonneaux and 4-6 months in the bottle.
Sulphites Contains sulphites
匹配 Cured meats and cheese not too aged, savoury first courses, grilled meats. It goes perfectly with many traditional Sicilian and Mediterranean dishes.
