The elegance of a refined gesture does not exhaust its wide personality. Its finesse is the result of a balance between research and naturalness. Made with only Pinot Noir grapes vinified in pink.

收成	The grapes, perfectly ripe, a very short time from harvest, are put to cool and then de-stemmed.
酿造	They are placed in tanks with the skins at a maximum temperature of 5 ° C for about 6-8 hours. This method is called cryomaceration or cold maceration and allows the extract of a bit of colour, which is different at each harvest, and allows the aroma of Pinot Noir grape to be preserved. This is followed by a soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C.
陈年	In Spring, the cuvée is made and bottled for the froth. The basic wine used is only a vintage but comes from different vineyards. The wine is then left to mature on its own yeasts for a minimum period of 2 years.
