||Hilly of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well-exposed, and always ventilated.
||After a rigorous selection of the grapes, part of the Pinot Noir remains a few days in contact with its skins to take on colour. The blend between the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, vinified in steel tanks, is made shortly before bottling.
||Following lees ageing in spring, it spends a period of more than 30 months on the lees. After disgorgement, at least 6 months elapse before marketing.
||It pairs with all courses, but not with desserts.
