Castello Bonomi Cordelio 2013
It should not escape notice that Castello Bonomi is also an estate of great red wines. Cordelio, above all, is a specimen of great stuff, a harmonious and powerful grape, structured and smooth, with excellent roundness. A fantastic surprise amidst so many beautiful bubbles in the perlage.

颜色

Intense red with garnet reflections of extraordinary intensity.

香气/花束

The initial bouquet is intense, almost explosive, with notes of ripe fruit. Spicy, intense and aromatic scents follow this.

味道

Original, full-bodied and dry. It denotes a rare balance where acidity and tannins are equal and form a perfect mix. The elegance and tannins of incredible finesse and roundness are surprising, perfectly enveloping the palate and giving a delicate sensation. Great aromatic persistence in the finish.

Pairing

Recommended with red meat dishes, in particular roasts, game and chops.
