Produced from the company's best Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc grapes, this Super Tuscan represents the flagship of Campo alla Sughera's territorial expressiveness. It is a pure terroir emotion that manifests itself in the form of a very elegant wine, rich in extracts and polyphenols, whose sensory finesse and full maturity are achieved through slow ageing in French oak barriques and bottle ageing. Produced only in the best vintages.

香气/花束

Fine with great balsamic notes, with hints of ripe black fruit, pepper and hay.

味道

Soft with velvety tannins in the opening that are never intrusive, enveloped by a lovely freshness given by a lively and tasty fruit.

Pairing

It pairs with spit-roasted meats, roast suckling pig, and Fiorentina T-bone steak accompanied by chard flans or steamed asparagus. Finally, it perfectly pairs with turnip and sausage sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
