Glera wine produced with care during the harvest is carefully spumanteed in a large container to preserve its characteristics at best; the extra brut dosage of bottled sparkling wine emphasizes the distinctive characteristics of pear, citrus and wisteria flowers. The dry and pleasantly acidulous taste defines it as the ideal companion for what has been thought, that is sushi, sashimi and raw sea.
