收成 The hand-harvested grapes are laid out for drying in hillside fruit lofts until January and then pressed.
酿造 Afterwards, the grapes are processed with traditional red vinification with prolonged maceration for 20/25 days.
陈年 Once finished, the wine is decanted and transferred into oak barrels for 2 years. After this period, the wine is bottled and refined in the bottle for several months.
