收成 Grapes harvested by hand in small baskets are pressed.
酿造 The grapes are processed with traditional red wine vinification with maceration for 10 to 15 days; once finished, the wine is decanted and kept in steel containers.
陈年 In January it is re-fermented on the marc of Amarone for about ten days and then matured in oak barrels for about 1 year. After this period, the wine is bottled and refined in the bottle for several months.
Sulphites Contains sulphites
