Soil composition |

Vinification |
Traditional vinification. The grapes are pressed in pneumatic presses as soon as they arrive in the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in barrels. |
Ageing |
The wine is then aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with regular stirring of the lees to increase depth and complexity. |
Pairing |
Ideal with sushi or white fish.
