Garnet red color, consistent and clear. On the nose it is intense and complex, of fine quality. Bouquet of prunes in syrup and French Guiana pepper. Thin toasted hints. In the mouth it is quite fresh and quite savory, warm, full bodied and with an excellent persistence. Quite tannic and soft, overall it is balanced and harmonious. A wine of exceptional elegance, it lends itself to innumerable culinary combinations.
