Description

Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Kellerei Bozen. 100% Sauvignon. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon that expresses the freshness and elegance of the Alto Adige terroir, with careful vinification that enhances its varietal aromas. Tomato and nettle leaves, green peppers, mint, fruity notes of yellow peach and pink grapefruit, acacia and elderberry. With age, it develops interesting mineral notes and nuances of flint. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fruity flavor with delicate and balanced acidity, good structure and a lingering aftertaste.

Tomato leaves and nettles, green peppers, mint, fruity hints of yellow peach and pink grapefruit, acacia and elderberry. When aged, it develops interesting mineral notes and hints of flint.

Une cave aux normes de qualité les plus élevées, avec une histoire qui remonte à 1908 et un entourage particulièrement motivé, soutenue par pas moins de trois cent cinquante hectares de vignobles, entre 250 et 700 mètres d'altitude, où prospère une longue série de cépages.

La forte minéralité des sols et les vieilles vignes qui ont atteint un équilibre de croissance optimal, travaillées avec de faibles rendements par pied de vigne, sont les conditions qui garantissent aux vins du domaine leur proverbiale bonté et leur mesure, mais aussi leur longévité pour ceux qui savent les attendre un peu dans leur cave. Le Cabernet Mumelter Riserva 2016 offre les émotions les plus intenses, mais le Lagrein Taber Riserva 2016 le suit de près. Lire la suite
