Vincent Couche Champagne Dosage Zero Nature
The Champagne Dosage Zéro signed by the Vincent Couche maison can be summed up with three words; freshness, fruit and complexity. These are in fact the main characteristics of this blend between pinot noir and chardonnay, grapes that are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic farming certified in the vineyards of Montgueux and Buxeil. for the production of the champenoise method. The wine then remains on the lees for 8 years, and after disgorging, no dosage liquor is added. A French bubble that exudes craftsmanship with every sip, perfect for all Champagne lovers wishing to try an original product.

Perlage

Fine bubble with excellent persistence

Colour

Bouquet

The bouquet that surrounds the nose is clean and dynamic, with mainly fruity notes that intersect with sensations of yeasts and pastries.
