Harvest |
The management of the plots is followed during all phenological stages by making all the practices for a limited production and quality. The harvesting is done the second week of September. |
Vinification |
The wine is made in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for about two months at a controlled temperature. |
Ageing |
A winemaking process, the wine is kept on the lees for over 4 months in steel. Then comes the racking and further in the cellar. |
