Torraccia del Piantavigna Ghemme Vigna Pelizzane 2015

The grapes for the Vigna Pelizzane come from only 2.5 acres of our best vineyard of the same name. They have received special attention from the very beginning of the season: green harvesting to reduce the number of grapes to concentrate flavours and aromas, a separate manual harvest, vinification and ageing.

Bouquet

The nose is fine and intense with notes of violet, oriental spices and potpourri with a pleasant mineral note of iron.

Flavour

On the palate it is rich and vibrant showing well-structured tannins and great balance, a full body and a long persistence.
