||The climate is characterized by cool, rainy winters and hot summers but with good temperature range between day and night.
||Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and oak barrels with selected yeasts.
||After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrels (30% new and the rest of the second step) for a period of about 4 - 5 months.
